JumpTech Strengthens Executive Management Team with Appointment of Adam Jacobs as Vice President of Customer Success

Industry Veteran Joins Fast-Growing Supply Chain and Inventory Management Innovator

St. Paul, Minn—September 14, 2011—Jump Technologies, Inc. (JumpTech™) (http://www.jumptech.com) a developer of cloud-based replenishment and inventory management software and mobile apps for supplies and parts distributors and dealers, today announced the appointment of Adam Jacobs as Vice President of Customer Success. Jacobs addition to JumpTech’s executive team strengthens and expands the company’s focus on customer growth and success.

In his new role as Vice President of Customer Success, Jacobs will focus on all elements of customer satisfaction, including leading customer service and support, managing the new customer implementation process, and driving product usage and adoption.

Prior to joining JumpTech, Jacobs was the Director of Customer Service and IT for Marathon Multimedia, where he led various technology initiatives and oversaw the company’s customer satisfaction programs. Previously he directed customer deployments and customer service for Future Health, after spending 10 years in key IT roles with Brown Printing Company, a division of Bertelsmann AG.

Jacobs holds a Masters of Business Administration from Minnesota State University and a Bachelors of Business Administration degree in Management Information Systems from Iowa State University.
